Return Policy
We must be notified within 48 hours of your package delivery on damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products in order to qualify for a refund. After you have notified us, a return claim will be provided. Please note that payment refunds occur only when similar merchandise is not available for replacement.

All return claims involving allegedly defective or miss-shipped merchandise will result in the following action: a (prepaid) return shipping label to be affixed by the customer for shipment back will be provided. Once received, the merchandise will be inspected to determine whether the order was either miss-shipped or the product was defective. KitchenScalesNow.com is responsible for return shipping cost if the return claim qualifies for product replacement. However, if the order was correctly shipped and the returned product is deemed non-defective, the customer is responsible for the original return shipping costs incurred and any additional shipping costs required to re-ship the merchandise to the consumer.

Warranties
All items are warranted directly by the manufacturers. Escali has a minimum warranty of one year and most of the digital scales have a 5 year limited warranty. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by BSDK, LLC. KitchenScalesNow.com is not responsible for normal wear & tear, mistreatment, or abuse of items.

Back Order Policy
In the rare circumstance that an item is on backorder or out of stock, we will be sure to notify you within 48 hours of the order, and will find the best resolution for the order.

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground within three to five business days of order placement. If your shipping address is outside the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii), please contact us in advance to confirm accurate shipping costs. The shipping price for most scales shipped within the continuous US is $9.00. Any different charge will be noted at checkout.

No orders can be shipped to P.O. Box addresses. A physical street address is needed to complete the order.

KitchenScalesNow.com cannot ship individual quantities outside the United States. Merchandise exported outside the United States will require a minimum order quantity (inquire for minimums on a per-product basis).

Shipping costs are retrieved by placing the item in the shopping cart and proceeding to checkout. The shipping prices are for the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii need to be calculated manually as stated above. By default, we charge at or below UPS Ground rate fees based on product weight.

Damaged Goods Policy
All claims associated with damaged package/product in transit will result in a call tag merchandise pickup arranged through the shipping carrier (i.e. UPS, Fedex, etc).

Cancellations
On all orders that are not shipped, a cancellation request made after 2 business days from the date and time that the order was placed will incur a 2% cancellation fee (based on order total). Please e-mail us to cancel an order. If an order does not ship within the originally specified time frame no cancellation fee will occur.
